Council Minutes

The Council normally meets once a month (except in July and August), usually alternating between Llanddowror Meeting Room and Llanmiloe Resource Centre. although meetings might also be held purely via Zoom. Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings to watch proceedings - please do contact the Clerk if you would like to do so so that we can ensure there is seating and provision for you. Contact the Clerk if you wish information on the meetings.

Meetings are on the second Monday of the month, and start at 7.00pm. The Agenda for each meeting is made available on this website and also where possible on the noticeboards that are in each village. There was no meeting in September 2022 due to the death of Queen Elizabeth II - the meeting was postponed to early October.

If you wish to see minutes for previous years, please do contact the Clerk. The minutes of meetings are published here as soon as possible after the meeting date. It is important to realise that the minutes are draft only until they have been considered and agreed in the next full Council meeting.

By contacting the Council, you agree to your contact details being held and processed for the purpose of correspondence and services we provide. We only keep your information for as long as necessary. The content of any emails, telephone calls or letters may be shared with members of the Council. We do not share your information with third parties. For correction or removal of the information we hold on you, please contact the Clerk.
